1. Apply to clean, dry skin in the evening before going to sleep. Remove protective plastic film, and apply strip over the nose.
2. Apply light pressure to smooth the strip over the contours of the nose, removing any pockets of air between the strip and the skin.
3. Remove patch in the morning after you wake up (or for at least 4 hours) pulling slowly to ensure gentle removal.
