Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. The following rules apply:

• Only unopened products purchased on Mediheal.com are eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A standard return shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund. Additional return shipping charges may apply for larger, heavier, or multi-item returns, depending on the size and weight of the package.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
• Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, undamaged, saleable, and in its original packaging.
• Mediheal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether returned merchandise is in saleable condition. Refused return items will be sent back to you at your expense.
• For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, refunds are calculated based on the merchandise value only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
