How To Use

As a treatment mask: apply on targeted areas (forehead, cheeks and chin) after cleansing for an intensive treatment. Leave on for 15 minutes, remove and let the remaining serum absorb into skin.

As a treatment pad: after cleansing, gently swipe across skin to tone, moisturize and prep skin.
Can be used daily both in the AM and PM.

    "I've tried about four different Mediheal pads, and while most people seem to love the green and blue ones, neither of them worked for me ? so I gave this one a shot, and I absolutely loved it. If the Mediheal green or blue pads haven't been your thing either, I'd seriously recommend giving this one a try. It's wonderfully hydrating and perfect for a serious boost of hydration. This might partly be my own fault, but since I opened the product and used it exclusively as a mask over a longer period of time, I noticed that by the end, all the essence had completely dried up.
